Todd has experience in corporate and commercial law both in the US and the PRC. His practice focuses on private equity, emerging market venture capital and M & A transactions, and on the formation and structuring of foreign direct investments in the PRC. He represents both issuers and investors in investment and M & A transactions, working extensively with venture capital funds, hedge funds, and major institutional and strategic investors.
