Stephen Lee joined Goodwin Procter from K&L Gates; Steve advises financial and strategic buyers and sellers in public and private mergers and acquisitions transactions and in general corporate matters. He also represents domestic and international companies and private equity funds in structuring asset and stock acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, tender offers, joint ventures, and cross border agreements. He is particularly experienced in transactions involving technology companies, aerospace, medical device, and automotive manufacturers.
