Seyfarth Shaw’s acquisition of a real estate practice group in Los Angeles, headed up by Maura O’Connor and including partner James S. Cochran. Prior to joining Seyfarth, both were partners with McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP. O’Connor’s practice is focused on real estate financing, acquisitions, development and leasing. She has designed large scale systematized store site acquisition and leasing programs for retailers.
