Finance lawyer Richard Petretti will join Sidley Morgan, Lewis & Bockius; Rich has served as counsel to JPMorgan Chase & Co. in several financing deals for major firm studios, including Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Legendary Pictures. He has also represented such clients as Citicorp, Credit Lyonnais, Apollo Management and Mervyn’s. He specializes in highly leveraged transactions in the media, entertainment and telecommunications industries.
