Leslie Hakala joins K&L Gates as a partner; Leslie was previously a Senior Counsel, Enforcement Division, at the Securities and Exchange Commission, where she was lead litigator on a number of cases involving violations of federal securities laws. Leslie earlier practiced at Wilson Sonsini and clerked for Justice Sandra Day O’Connor at the U.S. Supreme Court and for Judge Alex Kozinski at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
