King & Spalding’s acqisition of intellectual property patent litigation partner Todd Lorenz. Lorenz previously was a partner and served as co-chair of Dorsey’ & Whitney’s Life Sciences practice. Todd’s practice focuses on acquisition, licensing and litigation of biotech patents. His clients include emerging and public biotech companies, leading universities, and venture firms in the fields of immunology, oncology, neurology and molecular biology. He has worked with leaders in large molecule and cell-based therapeutics, including antibodies, peptides, stem cells, gene therapy, clinical and research diagnostics.
