Dechert’s addition of intellectual property partner Ken Korea in Silicon Valley. Korea joined from Greenberg Traurig. He has significant trial experience, having tried to verdict 11 jury cases and more than 30 bench cases as first chair. He focuses his practice on patent litigation, International Trade Commission (ITC) Section 337 investigations, trademark litigation, and trade secret misappropriation litigation. He also provides counseling to technology companies regarding patent licensing, infringement allegations, patent portfolio analysis, and leveraging of intellectual property.
