Partners Sunny Cherian, Scott Wales and Constance Ramos join Winston & Strawn from Hogan Lovells; Cherian has been lead and co-lead trial counsel in dozens of complex patent cases, has successfully argued appeals before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and has represented clients before the International Trade Commission under Section 337. Wells has served as counsel in more than 35 high stakes patent litigation matters in the federal district courts and the United States International Trade Commission, serving as primary or co-lead counsel in over a dozen of those cases. Dr. Ramos’ trial experience includes RFID technologies, surgical simulators, computer software and other computer-related fields.
