Henry Wang has joined Mayer Brown JSM from Dechert, where he was managing partner of the Beijing office; Henry’s practice focuses on structuring domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, joint ventures and wholly foreign-owned entities, and licensing agreements and commercial contracts.
