Anthony “Tony” Perricone, a prominent hedge fund partner, joins Katten Muchin Rosenman from Jones Day; Tony focuses his practice on partnership and limited liability company law, fund formation, structuring and restructuring, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registration and compliance, investor negotiations and secondary transactions. He counsels private fund sponsors, investment managers and institutional investors. He has advised many of the earliest and most prominent hedge fund sponsors, and was responsible for the initial formation of several of the world’s largest hedge funds.
