Garen E. Dodge has joined Sheppard Mullin as a partner in the Labor and Employment practice group. Garen joins from Jackson Lewis, where he led the firm’s Government Relations practice and was co-coordinator of the firm’s Government Contracts and Background Checks industry groups. He has a national reputation and has served as counsel of record in seminal U.S. Supreme Court cases. Garen’s practice covers a wide range of labor and employment litigation. He represents clients before state and federal court on issues involving privacy, discrimination, background checks, harassment, wage and hour, and occupational safety and health.
