Dan Passage joins Winston & Strawn from Bingham McCutchen’s Structured Transactions Group. Dan has nearly two decades of experience advising issuers, underwriters and financial institutions on complex financial transactions, with an emphasis on securitizations and structured finance. He has received national recognition for his work structuring programs for the origination, financing and securitization of novel asset classes, including life settlements, premium finance loans, annuities, patent and trademark license royalties, trade receivables, automobile leases, sales contracts and dealer floorplan receivables, CBOs/CLOs, commercial and residential mortgages, and credit card receivables.
