Steve Hurdle joins Willkie’s Los Angeles office from Loeb & Loeb, where he was a partner and deputy chair of the Capital Markets & Corporate Department. Steve specializes in the media, entertainment and technology industries. He was one of the lawyers featured in the 2022 edition of Variety’s Legal Impact Report. Steve was included, in part, for this advisory role with SuperDraft in its common stock investment from Caesars Entertainment, and for his M&A guidance in connection with Element Partners’ $105 million acquisition of poker-related business and assets, including the entities comprising the World Poker Tour, from Allied Esports Entertainment.
