Dan Clivner, one of the most highly regarded M&A and Private Equity Partners in the country joins Sidley Austin after 17 years at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Dan, who will be Co-Head of Private Equity at Sidley, regularly leads high-profile transactions in private equity, telecom, media and entertainment and retailing, including more than $18 billion of such transactions since 2012. His arrival significantly expands Sidley’s M& A and Private Equity practices.
