Brad Roach, head of Hogan Lovells’ oil and gas practice in Singapore, joins Gibson Dunn’s Singapore office. Brad has extensive experience advising the developers and lenders for independent power projects, and has advised lenders on various project finance transactions in Asia. He also handles asset and corporate acquisitions, divestments, gas and LNG sale and purchase agreements, production sharing contracts, unitisation agreements and joint study and bidding agreements. Brad is ranked in Chambers Band 1 in Projects and Energy in Singapore and Indonesia, and is an active member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiatiors (AIPN).
