Meredith Frank focuses exclusively on representing and placing high-value law firm partners and groups at elite law firms, as well as advising law firms on critical lateral acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives, including office openings and law firm mergers.

Over the past two decades, Meredith has successfully placed top-tier partners with robust practices in Private Equity M&A, Restructuring, Finance, Public Company and Strategic M&A, Capital Markets, Emerging Company/Venture Capital, Healthcare, Life Sciences, White Collar, Commercial Litigation and Data Protection/Cybersecurity, among others. Working closely with senior leadership at leading law firms, she has played a critical role in helping her clients expand their geographic scope and depth in key practice areas through the launch of new offices, group acquisitions and large-scale mergers.

She is passionate about building meaningful, long-term relationships and developing carefully curated approaches to every project and representation. Before transitioning into legal recruiting, Meredith was a complex commercial litigator at two prominent law firms in Philadelphia. Prior to joining Lippman Jungers, she was a longtime Partner at the international legal recruiting firm, Major Lindsey & Africa, where she was a top producer and led the firm’s Philadelphia partner practice.

Meredith earned a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and a B.A. from Emory University. She grew up in Philadelphia and now lives in Parkland, Florida, with her husband, Eric, and their adorable sons, Brady and Cooper.  She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, a travel enthusiast, and a passionate foodie.
