Cody joins Lippman Jungers with considerable experience working in Intellectual Property, Commercial Real Estate Investments, and Corporate and Securities at BigLaw firms like Haynes and Boone and Snell & Wilmer. Her background across each of these practices gives her a dynamic perspective and insight into the ever-changing, complex nature of the legal industry.
Cody works with candidates and law firms to understand their respective goals and priorities during the lateral recruiting process. She excels at understanding her candidates’ career goals as well as firms’ strategic goals and growth initiatives. This understanding allows the team to align interests on both sides sharing in the upside of the value created in building these partnerships.
Her professionalism, work ethic, drive, and focused approach are evident in her interactions with candidates and client firms during the entire lateral placement process.
Cody earned her undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton. She lives in Orange County and loves art, photography, traveling, discovering new restaurants, reading, and hiking.
